Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs
Easy ribs recipe! The slow-cooker does most of the work for you, then just a little elbow grease to make the sauce at the end to finish it off!

Ingredients:
1.5kg pork ribs
¾ cup melted grass-fed butter
¾ cup of hot sauce (I like “Franks”)
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
Method:
Mix together thoroughly all ingredients, minus the pork ribs and tapioca flour, in a mixing bowl
Lay the ribs on the bottom of the slow cooker
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the ribs, ensuring everything is covered
Cook on high for 4-hours
Once finished cooking, ladle two cups worth of the buffalo sauce into a small saucepan, bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer (you may need to take the ribs out of the cooker and place them aside to get to the juices)
Mix the tapioca flour in a mug with a dash of water to create a paste, then spoon the paste into the saucepan and mix thoroughly
Continue simmering the buffalo sauce until it reduces and thickens to your liking, then pour into a small bowl
Serve immediately with the hot sauce on the side to dip the ribs into!
