Mushroom Sauce
This is SO good on top of steak 🤤

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
400ml can of coconut cream
500g Swiss Brown mushrooms, sliced 1cm thick
2 garlic cloves, minced
Method:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Add the chopped mushrooms
Cook for 5-minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the garlic then cook for a further 5-minutes, stirring occasionally
Once the mushrooms are browned and have shrunken a little, add the salt and pepper, then cook for a further 2-3-minutes
Add the can of coconut cream and nutritional yeast, stirring to mix thoroughly
Let simmer for around 15-20-minutes, until thickened and reduced to your liking
