Cookies 'n' Cream Smoothie

If you're low on your healthy dietary fats for the day, give this creamy bomb a go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • A few ice cubes

  • Half an avocado

  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed

  • Toppings: Coconut, shaved/crumbled chocolate

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender

  2. Pour into cup and top with the toppings

  3. F***ing voila
