An easy meal prep! You can store these in the fridge for up to 5-days.
80g rolled oats
30g chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey
1 serving of choc-flavoured protein powder
Mix together all ingredients in a sealed mason jar or bowl
Leave overnight in the fridge
In the morning, take the oats out and top with things like: almond butter, coconut yoghurt, blueberries, cacao nibs or broken up pieces of chocolate, chopped banana, chopped nuts (pecans, Brazil nuts, cashews or walnuts), desiccated coconut, fruit, bee pollen
